SEC formally gives up against Richard Heart - Haters in Disbelief

SEC gives up

There has been a lot of crypto cases

This is the only one where they LOST

There is a big difference between dropping the case, and losing the case

Sec lost the case... Richard Heart won his case... I guess that's why he calls himself RichardHeartWin over on X (twitter)

Now Interpol needs to fuck off with their bullshit and there is literally nothing anyone can say against RH

The second the update went live on Courtlistener the prices start to pump nice and high

Also the bridge is super congested right now I see LONG TIME haters who are trying to FOMO in and are now complaining about the infrastructure as if even places like coinbase have major issues during super high volume spikes.

I wonder how long the green candles will last. Money is waiting to come in from the bridge.

It was a Good News day for RH products for sure.

I didn't look into the bridge stats but there was a bit of a price pump.

Any thoughts on other stuff like
old pDAI vs new pDAI,
or pTGC,
or this new Dip Catcher thing called FlexNet which is supposed to use eHEX for gas?

havent heard of flexnex, the new ethereum proposal to move off EVM could be very good for eHex in terms of gas

ptgc is still a beast in my opinion

pdai is the Wild West, no clue what's real and what is just narrative over there

If interested, you can read the X post on Flexnet here.

We need a pTGC here on Hive and if I ever have time I would make one using the new VSC capabilities we're getting on here. We will be able to do a LOT more on HIVE with their smart contracts.

pDAI is entertaining if nothing else! Sommi makes like 20 videos a week about it. 😃

sommi is nuts haha

something like ptgc on hive would be awesome especially with the fast transactions and no fees

If I do it, maybe you can be an advisor. :)

So far, there's just this: @thegrayshive

building something like this intrigues me. at this point I would have no idea how to do something like building a token on here. I haven't caught up with the new updates on hive but I do remember years ago them wanting to implement updates that would make it easy for people to build on hive. not sure if its exactly that or something different but with the same idea

Now we can create a token on here with hive-engine which is easy to do; just fill out a form and pay the fee in BEE tokens. It is level 2, and it has it's own set of smart contracts but you can only use the ones they provide. They say that they might add new ones that a dev creates for a need they have, but I don't think that has ever happened.

With VSC, devs can write and run their own smart contracts. I think VSC is considered a level 2 sidechain, but not exactly sure. HIVE devs are working on smart contracts for the base layer but it might be years before they are released.

Smart contracts are needed for something like pTGC or @thegrayshive in order to implement the buy and sell taxes, and to send the assigned proportions of that tax to whatever address(es) they may go to, and to buy and burn tokens to reduce supply. I can maybe make the smart contracts as I am a dev (although no where near as experienced in blockchain work as may other are) but would like assistance and input in tweaking the procedures and parameters of the tax amounts, where they go, and what is done with them.

Something to think about for the future!
