And you take care of yourself @bitcoinman it sucks when you overdo it and pay the price after.. I recently decided to be less careful with my bad knees (been in pain for I think 3 months in 2023 after some huge misstep) now that they were pain free for a month or two. Instantly regret it when I felt some nasty stings. Guess it was not 100% over after all..

I hope your back will be back to 100% soon!
