She, my city …

Maracaibo mine, my homeland and my life, what a beautiful energy you have.

This last weekend before Easter Time, has been very moving for me, but full of great achievements dedicated to my homeland, which I appreciate and praise (I applaud standing) deeply.

I can only say that I was speechless when I saw my beautiful and always beautiful city Maracaibo to our state Zulia, as the invaluable icon full of colors, traditions, culture, typical costumes and above all, full of very kind people, and full of a lot of roots for their land.

She, my city, is the essence of the indigenous Zulian woman who with strength, tenacity and sweetness invites us to see our culture beyond beauty and colors.

Little by little I continue to promote my culture, through this sale in weekend experiences, and although I am not so young yet, the wisdom that life has given me, provides me with the opportunity through the word to be able to do something positive for my community.

A night full of magic and regional culture in the Art Center of Maracaibo, Lia Bermúdez. Years without seeing something as beautiful as what we are experiencing today, at the Lia Bermúdez Theater.

Our region certainly has wonderful people.

There were people from different cultures and from different parts of the country, we met to make a cultural exchange, with dances, typical dances, toilets with old-time music, and it really was a beautiful and enriching experience. The audience was amazed by our culture and was very interested in learning more about it.

In my city, the "terruño" is definitely the "attachment" of the home and the family and in this case Maracaibo and its, places, colors and particularities such as the gastronomy that included cachapa with cheese, pastries, mandocas, tequeños.

Creole sweets of all kinds, in particular the black cake. The visit to the La Chinita Basilica, the Baralt Theater and there in particular the central quarter, pizza included in Palermo and even the "little train" and a beer "a que Luis".

Cultural anthropological identity is a permanent value in personal life and transcends identity cards and borders.

From the particular to the universal, it is a value of our culture.

This year that is just beginning has been, without a doubt, a year of new beginnings for me, of rediscovery, of resilience, at first I felt like a fish taken from its stream and released into a sea of sharks.

Sometimes, we need to be aware of everything beautiful that surrounds us and be grateful for it. This fills me with a lot of excitement, as this allows me to start doing what I have always been passionate about; literature.

Loving you is not enough, my beautiful city.

I am a Zulian with a sense of belonging, thanks to my friends from the culture for such a beautiful invitation, really being in touch with people is the best thing that can happen.

Without a doubt, the culture and especially the youth who are committed to our state of Zulia deserve only the best. Investing in culture is investing in the present of those who love their land.

This is the power of tradition and culture, the rooting for my city, in an absolute time is made of past-present-future in simultaneity. What a beautiful evening, this weekend, we had today.

Sharing the heart and a coffee is a commandment of the people of our Zulia land.

Tonight art and culture in my city, the moon, rant out of secrets. It's still there, round! Illuminated skies, restless March winds that refresh the night, in my beloved land of the sun, she, my city.
