Sorry, I missed this one.
I also know a few French swear words hahaha, but yes, it sounds like a good idea.
Fortunately we never know what the future holds in store for us, so yeah, maybe one day I will have the G-dog as a neighbor in the south of France 🤣
Feasting days of skiing at my friend's place at the little skiing town of Chatel in the mountains, fishing, hunting, visiting musuems and war sites in every european city and town and a million other things to explore.
Nirvanah!
It sounds bloody good! I did a five day tour on the Western Front a little while back, posted about it. It was amazing for a history and war-history guy like me. France in general is awesome though. I tend to feel quite comfortable there.
Oh yeah, a dream indeed and you can only imagine how many historic war sites will be within easy reach. I have always fely isolated here at the southern end of the world and you guys in Aus are even further down the road. The African continent has always been my "world", but at least you have been to many of the other worlds 😉
I'd like to go to South Africa...There's many reasons.
Oh? I thought that your main priority for coming here would be to meet with Zac and Marian???
To meet with all of the heads of the projects and to be taken for lunch at a great Wine Estate???
Only joking as I have an idea that you would want to see the famous Table mountain and the great Waterfront that everyone is talking about with it's 6 Star hotels, yachts. Or maybe the old Fort and some history. There is a multitude of things to see here and I am sure that @jaynie will be happy to guide you around the City of Cape Town, then after that you can come to our place, Somerset West (40 km away) to explore an original wine farm called Vergelegen where the main farm house is kept in it's original condition including the old furniture. They also have a slave musuem inside the large house.
Did I entice you 😎
You did a pretty good job at enticing me...I'd love to see some sights, get into the bush, and to visit you guys, see what you do, help out a little. The fort sounds good, and whilst I'm more a tent and campfire guy I could languish in a 6-star hotel for a while if the company is right. A tour of Cape Town and Fisherhaven with @jaynie sounds like a great plan too...That girl would be most interesting to hang out with...A beautiful soul.
I don't know Zac, it seems I might have to make my stay an extended one.
Bugger...Typo's...I hate that shit. (Edited already) Lol...ocd me. I usually correct people's typo's when I quote them...If I see them. Bad huh? 😆
The G-dog calls it how he sees it. No thanks required, but nice that you did.
Of course you will join us @jaynie, that's if you can still walk after your excusion with @galenkp, as I am sure that the two of you will try to see who can drink the most wine :)
She'll win Zac...I'll have to piggyback her around.
