The only way to get money out of that slush fund is with the support of the V.22.2 Cabal. Otherwise the old chairman's, @gtg, fail safe will kick in.
Out of that fund $30k was at least proposed to pay Justine for work she volunteered and the task well over. Never went back to see if she received it or not. My hope is that she simply refused.

I think that what has been supported on Steem of late has indicated exactly why JS and those that supported were not given a Hive drop.
