It is normal to feel strange in the beginning. You should lie down in your bed and breathe deeply through your mouth and exhale again though your mouth. Do not breathe quickly. Take your time to breathe in and breathe out. Do it 30 times. It will take you up to 1 minute and 40 seconds. Then exhale and hold your breath for 30 seconds and check your body reaction. After that deep inhale hold for 15 seconds and relax. Feel what is going on! Do not force more rounds if you are not ready! Good luck!
