Welcome To a Flexed-up Monday post
This week I was feeling pretty weak but I have been going to bed earlier and that has been a great help in me feeling better.
I was able to get some nice exersize in and looks like I am starting to bulk up a bit or perhpahs my belly is extra full for todays weight in.
I still have not been able to establish the daily stretch habit but perhaphs it will be easier once I get my sleep more regulated.
I am trying to not work on the blog as late as I usualy would, that means I don't have as much free time to work on other stuff but that's all right better to look out for the health and also over extending catches up and then the quality of the work goes down as well so there is not much sense in doing that for any extended periods of time.
