I go to Maljen mountain very often, since it is only an hour away from my house. This time I decided to ride a MTB trail that I haven't tried in a long time.
It is the Blue Circle of Divcibare. Trail is around 26-27km with 700meters of climb. The last time I rode this trail was from the highest peak of the mountain and as I approached the start, I couldn't help but remember how difficult it was for me to climb back up those 700 meters of altitude after the downhill section.
So at the last minute I decided to continue to the foot of the trail and do the climb while rested. That way, in the end, I would only have a descent. Besides, I decided to ride the course in the opposite direction, since I still ride a hardtail bike, and descending the rock garden is no fun with it. In the end, it turned out to be a complete hit. On the uphill I rode and pushed bike a bit on some tough sections, but the downhill was a lot of fun.

Wow, great trail! But you're using a hardtail bike for this trail? You've got courage and strength to do that 😂 I tried riding downhill trails with a hardtail bike once, and I'll never do it again 😂 Enduro is the bike for me :)
The track is a lot of fun, although technically very demanding in a couple of locations if you ride a hardtail. I have no choice at the moment, I recently sold a full suspension all mountain bike and am still looking for a suitable bike to buy. Until then, I'm taking a little risk driving a hardtail :)

Oh, then I wish you a lot of fun looking for a new bike... it's always a challenge 😂 Ibought a Trek enduro, and I'm never selling it... ☺️At the moment, we are also looking for some good enduro e-bikes, but buying two of them is pricey...season is here, time to start riding ;)
Here, the offer is very bad. I've been looking for months for something that would be in the trail domain and that would be lightweight ... and fit my budget :) Mission impossible :D

Yes, the weekend was unusually warm, but today the temperature dropped to about 10 degrees. The weather here is very erratic in the spring. There was a lot of wind on the passes, but fortunately that part is driven through the forest, so I wasn't blown away :)
The weather in spring is very changeable here too. We've had some nice and sunny days with temperatures around 20 degrees, but I was cycling to work in the drizzle again today.
