Tofu Basil And Tomatoes With Spicy Sweet Sauce

If you have abundance of basil, so this recipe is for you ❤️

My garden gave me more and more basil, also tomatoes. So, this time I decided to make Tofu Basil And Tomatoes With Sweet Spicy Sauce.

Besides tofu, you can also use tempeh, or more protein ingredients you have. Just adjust some ingredients and voila!

The ingredients:

• 100-150 grams of tofu, cut into pieces
• 3 tomatoes, cut into pieces
• a handful of basil, or according to your taste preferance
• enough corn flour to coat the tofu before frying tofu

seasoning

• 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
• 5 small cloves of res onion, chopped
• 3 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
• 2 tbsp of chili sauce or tomato sauce
• 1/2 tsp of salt
• 1/2 tsp of coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp pf pepper
