Your pie is killing me. It's so luscious and inviting. Since you introduced making almond cream I have been ignoring the poor cashews on the shelf. I have always used almonds here and there, but now I see them in a new light. I made almond cream just yesterday. I love how it actually gets thicker over night. I must have a supply of almonds all the time now haha.

It's do funny because I found the almond cream recipe after seeing your cashew dressing for salad, ha ha ha ha. I was so amazed, even when there were no strippers around 😂

I'm eating the last piece of pie right now! It's better today than yesterday.
