Muy buenas noches amigos espero que todos se encuentren bien empezando este lunes con mucha energía positiva, hoy traigo para ustedes una idea genial para esos días que nos provoca un snack y no sabemos que podemos comer para matar esas ansias que tenemos pues les traigo una idea muy buena que son unas palomitas de coliflor super sencillas y están listas en 20 min podemos hacer la cantidad de deseamos pues son bien bajas en calorías, a mi me encantan y suelo hacer siempre y no me duran mucho pues suelo comerlas todas al instante. Les dejo la receta y el paso a paso .

Ingredientes:
• 200gr de coliflor
• Una cucharada de pimentón rojo rayado
• 1 diente de ajo
• Una Cucharada pequeña de orégano fresco
• Una Cucharada de aceite
• El jugo de medio limón
• Media cucharadita pequeña de adobo natural
Vamos a necesitar una bandeja para horno .
Ingredients:
• 200gr of cauliflower
• A tablespoon of striped red paprika
• 1 clove garlic
• A small tablespoon of fresh oregano
• A Tablespoon of oil
• The juice of half a lemon
• Half a small teaspoon of natural marinade
We are going to need a baking tray.
Como les dije antes es una receta sumamente rápida el coliflor tiene forma de pequeños árboles que al cortarlos pequeños nos da ese parecido con una palomita de maíz es por eso que a esta receta le llamo palomitas de coliflor también porque podemos comerla con las manos y es el snack saludable perfecto, para empezar vamos a dividir la coliflor en pequeños trozos siguiendo su forma natural y vamos a retirar el tallo de esta manera tendrá la forma idónea .

Por otra parte vamos a triturar muy bien un diente de ajo con media cucharadita de orégano puede ser orégano seco pero en mi caso use orégano fresco lo que hace que al momento de triturar nos que una pasta bien compacta entre el ajo y el orégano.

En un recipiente vamos a colocar una cucharada de pimentón rojo rayado , la mezcla del ajo y el orégano que hicimos anteriormente y le vamos agregar una cucharada de aceite, medio cucharadita pequeña de adobo natural y finalmente el jugo de medio limón, mezclamos súper bien .

Agregamos la coliflor que cortamos al principio y lo mezclamos con la mezcla de aceite ajo , pimentón orégano y limón que hicimos haciendo que todo nos quede bien integrado .

Distribuimos en una bandeja para horno y vamos a llevar a hornear por 20 min a fuego alto , cuando pasen 10 min abrimos el horno y mezclamos y poco y dejamos por los otros 10 min más .

Una vez listas las servimos en un recipiente y solo nos queda disfrutar, son muy ricas y van a querer comer muchas al igual que yo .
