A delicious 'banana flower curry' with high nutritional value for both vegetarians and vegans.

So friends, with the current situation I am in, I hardly eat any artificially sweetened/flavored foods. I often try to eat organically grown or naturally grown, edible vegetables and fruits. I try to prepare them.My friends may remember that I brought you a jackfruit seeds curry yesterday. And I have brought you a delicious and nutritious curry today as well. This is very nutritious. It is a nutritious food. That is the banana flower curry. This banana flower curry is made with more ingredients than the banana flower curry we usually make and is even more delicious and fragrant. So let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • About half of banana flower (This
    quantity enough for feed three people)
  • A few curry leaves
  • A few pandan leaves
  • A few cinnamon pieces
  • Two cloves of garlic
  • Half chopped b onion
  • Three chopped of green chillies
  • A cup of thick coconut
  • Two cloves
  • Two cloves of cardamom
  • Two pieces of garcinia
  • A leaf of cinnamon
  • A tablespoon of oil

  • A full teaspoon of chilli powder
  • A full teaspoon of meat curry powder
  • Half teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
  • Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • A teaspoon of salt powder

The method of making;

First, add salt and turmeric to the coconut milk and dissolve it. (This is done to prevent the banana flower pieces from becoming bitter as soon as it is cut into pieces. That is why we prepare the mixture beforehand.)

Next, we need to remove the ripe slices from the banana. That means we'll remove the red parts and use only the white part to make this curry.

Add these pieces to coconut milk mixture.

Now let's add garlic, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon leaf, and some curry leaves and grind them into small pieces. (This adds a nice aroma and flavor.)

Now let's put a clay pot on the stove and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds.

Then add ground mixture.

While sauteing all this for about a minute, we add the chopped onion, curry leaves, and pandan leaves.

Now the stove is off, add chili powder, cumin powder and meat curry Powder Powder. To stir fry well, about a minute.

**Add the coconut milk mixture with the banana pieces, cover with a lid and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Ad garcinia also. **

Add green chillies.

Now cook again on medium heat for about five minutes.

Now remove the heat from the stove and check if there is enough salt. If that is not enough, add another half teaspoon of salt, stir, and keep it on the stove for another five minutes, then remove.

We can call this banana flower curry a very tasty, fragrant, very nutritious and vegetarian dish. Every ingredient added here is very natural. That is why it has a unique taste and a unique smell. Especially a smell that makes you hungry. You can eat this with rice or with stringhoppers.
