This is a very special food from another country that you and all of us know. Made my way, to my taste. So let's see what it is.That is Garlic Kankun, This is in the chinese method. The really very interesting dish. I think Kankun is very best way to eat. Then let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- A bunch of washed and cleaned kankun
leaves - Two onions cut into circles
- About 4 green chilli pods, cut
lengthwise - About six cloves of garlic cut into
round slices
- Two tablespoons of soya sauce
- A tablespoon of tomato sauce
- A teaspoon of sugar
- Ons and half teaspoon of chilli pieces
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- A teaspoon of pepper powder
- Two tablespoons of oil
The method of making;
First need to make the sauce mixture. Put soy sauce in a bowl and add tomato sauce to it.
Now add chili pieces, pepper powder and salt powder.
Then add sugar to it.
Now stir the mixture well and keep it aside.
Now put another pan on the stove and add oil to it and when the oil heats up, add the sliced garlic.
Now add round onions and chopped green chillies.
Now add the washed and cleaned kankun and let it boil for about a minute and fry it.
Now add the sauce mixture and lower the flame. After that, stir slowly for about a minute and remove from the stove.
A really delicious dish is kankun made in this Chinese style. With this method, I really think that most of the time there is a sweet, then strange taste in this dish. In my country, it is often made with oil. Otherwise, mallum is made from kankun. But for me this is really a very tasty dish. I think we can prepare it even for a special occasion. Many people enjoy it very much.
