Ingredients;

  • A Medium sized onion
  • Two sprigs of curry leaves
  • About six pods of green chillies
  • 100g of Breadcrumbs
  • Three tablespoons of bread flour
  • A Boiled and mashed potatoe

  • Soymeat 100g
  • One and a half cups of boiling water
  • Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
  • One teaspoon of chili powder
  • Half a teaspoon of pepper powder
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Two teaspoons of salt powder
  • 200ml of coconut oil

The method of making;

Add meat to a bowl. Add half a teaspoon of salt powder to it and add one and a half cups of boiling water.

Now cover with a lid and keep it for about fifteen minutes.

After 15 minutes, squeeze the water well and remove.

Wash well and cut the onion, green chillies and curry leaves into small pieces.

Now grind soymeat well.

Now heat a pan and add two tablespoons of oil. Then add chopped onions, curry leaves and green chillies.

Let it simmer for about a minute on low flame and then add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a teaspoon of salt powder and stir fry.

Then add pepper powder and chilli powder to it.

Fry all this for about thirty seconds and add the chilli pieces.

Add the ground soymeat and mashed potatoes, stir everything and remove from the heat.

Add half a cup of plain flour and stir this mixture well.
