Thanks a lot for the advices. Knowing myself, I'll probably spend a week to research and an hour to actually buy one :D Finding the best balance of price and features will be quite hard, in this currently fucked up world, but the full manual control for the photos is a must for me. I don't know how the drones cope with RAW format, I'll look up into this as well.

Look at the DJI Mavic2 Pro and the DJI Mavic3 or Autel Evo II for camera comparisons. They seem to be the few that will satisfy the quality and control needs. These higher end can shoot in Raw + jpg, but sometimes have to give up RAW for some of the "smart" features. The Mavic 3 can even go 8K video if you really want to play in that space.
