Sencillamente... 4 Años Emocionantes. Un mes de septiembre del año 2020 inicié mi aventura emocionante dentro de #hive; en aquel momento por las informaciónes recibidas, solo pensaba que se podía incursionar nada más en la creación de contenido. Sin embargo, no me quedé en ese pensar y gracias a mis investigaciones, análisis y básicamente siendo autodidacta, descubrí que hive es un ecosistema grandioso donde existen diversas oportunidades para avanzar. Ciertamente, en aquellos momentos la información era casi nula y no tenías ayuda de ningún tipo; muy diferente a lo que es ahora, donde tanto nuevos, como hivers antiguos pueden encontrar información y ayuda en muchos sitios, puesto que existen comunidades y múltiples canales donde se puede acudir por algún tipo de inquietud que tenga cada persona; de hecho, por el inicio difícil que tuve, de igual manera tengo mi mano tendida para quien la necesite y me siento orgulloso de poder ayudar a quien viene a mí.

Simply... 4 Exciting Years. One September 2020, I started my exciting adventure in #hive; at that time, due to the information I received, I only thought that I could only venture into content creation. However, I didn't stop there and thanks to my research, analysis and basically being self-taught, I discovered that hive is a great ecosystem where there are many opportunities to move forward. Certainly, at that time the information was almost null and you had no help of any kind; very different from what it is now, where both new and old hivers can find information and help in many places, since there are communities and multiple channels where you can go for any kind of concern that each person has; in fact, for the difficult start I had, I still have my hand out for anyone who needs it and I am proud to be able to help anyone who comes to me.

Realmente, este 2024 celebro mis 4 años de mucha emoción y aprendizaje dentro mi querido ecosistema #hive, quien me ha dado muchas satisfacciones, alegrías y emociones encontradas. Mi agradecimiento siempre será infinito, porque gracias a las bondades y bendiciones recibidas he podido sacar a mi familia adelante, sea mucho o poco, sinceramente hemos adquirido un mejor estilo de vida. He podido complacer a mis hijos en cosas impensables, la familia se ha mantenido unida y podemos disfrutar juntos en todo momento; las celebraciones familiares han sido muy hermosas y el poder festejar con mis padres, esposa e hijos, es algo demasiado grande para mí.

Truly, this 2024 I celebrate my 4 years of much excitement and learning within my beloved #hive ecosystem, which has given me many satisfactions, joys and mixed emotions. My gratitude will always be infinite, because thanks to the kindnesses and blessings received I have been able to help my family to get ahead, be it a lot or a little, sincerely we have acquired a better lifestyle. I have been able to please my children in unthinkable things, the family has remained united and we can enjoy together at all times; family celebrations have been very beautiful and being able to celebrate with my parents, wife and children, is something too big for me.

Aún sabiendo que Hive es un gran ecosistema, la mayoría de las personas se dirigen a la creación de contenido, cosa que al entrar aquí, pensamos que solo podemos quedarnos en este ámbito; sin embargo, definitivamente hay que conocer todas las formas de incursionar dentro de #hive, porque jamás sabremos si podemos avanzar. Y es así, porque así como inicié creando contenido, jamás habría pensado dar el salto de lo virtual a lo personal, por lo que desde aproximadamente dos años he estado muy activo en las calles dando a conocer todas las bondades que ofrece hive. Además de ello, conocer gente muy hermosa y amable me ha permitido conservarlos como buenos amigos y debo decir, que estas amistades han perdurado en el tiempo.

Esta etapa 2023 - 2024 que ha significado mi 4 aniversario hive, de verdad que ha sido emocionante. Como dije, en las calles estamos muy seguido ayudando y apoyando, estar con amigos y familiares es lo máximo. Por otra parte, las bendiciones recibidas nos ha permitido adquirir ciertos electrodomésticos que en casa eran necesarios. Por nombrar algunos pudimos con esfuerzo y parte de lo recibido por el ecosistema, comprar aires, tv, licuadoras, pero lo más urgente que teníamos como familia era el de adquirir una nevera y lo pudimos lograr; sencillamente hive es sinónimo de amor, esfuerzo, pasión, constancia y dedicación.

Even knowing that Hive is a great ecosystem, most people focus on content creation, which when we enter here, we think that we can only stay in this area; however, we definitely have to know all the ways to venture into #hive, because we will never know if we can move forward. And so it is, because just as I started creating content, I would never have thought to make the leap from the virtual to the personal, so for about two years I have been very active in the streets spreading the word about all the benefits that hive has to offer. Besides that, meeting beautiful and kind people has allowed me to keep them as good friends and I must say that these friendships have lasted over time.

This stage 2023 - 2024, which has meant my 4th hive anniversary, has been really exciting. As I said, on the streets we are very often helping and supporting, being with friends and family is the best. On the other hand, the blessings received have allowed us to acquire certain appliances that were needed at home. To name a few, with effort and part of what we received from the ecosystem, we were able to buy air conditioners, TVs, blenders, but the most urgent thing we had as a family was to acquire a fridge and we were able to achieve it; hive is simply synonymous with love, effort, passion, perseverance and dedication.

Convertirme en portavoz de lo que significa hive y dar a conocer todas sus caracteristicas no tiene precio; he tenido la dicha de participar como ponente en diversos talleres y conferencias para dar a conocer cada elemento que integra el ecosistema. Cada oportunidad que recibo la aprovecho al máximo y estar dentro de la comunidad @hivesucre como moderador y miembro activo me llena de orgullo. Es muy satisfactorio salir a la calle y aprender de cada persona que uno asesora, porque esta es otra característica que tiene hive, siempre estamos aprendiendo cosas nuevas así sea de usuarios o personas que apenas inician o ya sean experimentados, porque quien diga que se las sabe todas, eso es mentira.

Por otra parte, siempre estoy a la disposición de apoyar y ayudar, no por nada dentro de la comunidad siempre estoy atento a cualquier pedimento de ayuda, ya sea por parte de nuestros miembros o por algún dueño de negocio que necesite ayuda. Porque ustedes saben que aquí en Sucre desde hace un año, se ha puesto en marcha un proyecto de criptoadopción que impulsa el uso de nuestro #hbd como forma de pago, método que ha sido un total exito y esto nos lleva a tener un grado de responsabilidad mayor ante este hecho. En todo momento estamos atentos visitando los negocios, apoyando a los hivers y siendo garantes de que todo marche bien.

Becoming a spokesperson for what hive means and making all its features known is priceless; I have had the joy of participating as a speaker at various workshops and conferences to raise awareness of each element that makes up the ecosystem. I make the most of every opportunity I get and being part of the @hivesucre community as a moderator and active member fills me with pride. It is very satisfying to go out and learn from each person that one advises, because this is another feature that hive has, we are always learning new things whether from users or people who are just starting out or are already experienced, because whoever says they know it all, that's a lie.

On the other hand, I am always willing to support and help, not for nothing within the community I am always attentive to any request for help, either by our members or by a business owner who needs help. Because you know that here in Sucre since a year ago, a crypto-adoption project has been launched that promotes the use of our #hbd as a form of payment, a method that has been a total success and this leads us to have a greater degree of responsibility to this fact. We are always on the lookout, visiting the businesses, supporting the hivers and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Otra cosa que me ha llenado de satisfacción, es el hecho de que he realizado onboarding a muchos hivers que se han incorporado al ecosistema. No importa la hora, espacio, ni lugar, siempre los he apoyado y hasta en mi casa los he atendido un domingo, siempre con las mismas ganas para que ellos se sientan seguros de cada paso que den dentro del ecosistema. Además, otro punto muy importante donde me desenvolví este año, fue que nuestra comunidad integró una casa de creación de contenido, donde cada uno de los integrantes realizamos mucho material informativo y creativo, con el objeto de que todos estuvieran informados, asesorados y bien atendidos con temas acordes de la actualidad de la web3.

Creamos Reels, hicimos podcast, bueno, todo fue maravilloso y productivo porque ha despertado en mí otra faceta que creía no podía tener. Todos estos aspectos informativos fueron puestos en la palestra de hive y en las aplicaciones de web2; todo ello con miras de que estos materiales fueran captados por personas ajenas al ecosistema; de verdad que fueron momentos sumamente productivos y esto ha dado pie a la apertura de muchas oportunidades más.

Another thing that has filled me with satisfaction is the fact that I have done onboarding for many hivers who have joined the ecosystem. No matter the time, space or place, I have always supported them and even in my house I have attended them on a Sunday, always with the same enthusiasm so that they feel confident in every step they take within the ecosystem. In addition, another very important point where I developed this year, was that our community integrated a content creation house, where each of the members made a lot of informative and creative material, with the aim that everyone was informed, advised and well attended with topics according to the current affairs of the web3.

We created Reels, we made podcasts, well, everything was wonderful and productive because it has awakened in me another facet that I thought I could not have. All these informative aspects were put on the hive and web2 applications; all of this with a view to these materials being picked up by people outside the ecosystem; they were really extremely productive moments and this has opened up many more opportunities.

Siguiendo con el proceso de criptoadopción, esto no se detiene, porque recientemente con la creación de la aplicación @thedistriator y en alianza perfecta con @hivesucre, el proyecto ha subido de nivel; por lo que se llevó a cabo en Venezuela el primer taller #distriator y fue realizado por nosotros aquí en Cumaná estado Sucre Venezuela. Un nuevo reto y lo afrontamos con mucho orgullo y gallardía, siempre con el fin de otorgar más beneficios a los miembros de nuestra comunidad; comunidad donde en conjunto con #spendhbd podrán disfrutar de todos los contenidos plasmados por nuestros hivers.

No podía dejar de decir que en materia de salud, de parte de hive he recibido muchas bendiciones y actualmente lo ha vuelto a hacer; porque en estos momentos no me encuentro muy bien de salud y gran parte de los gastos médicos, que fueron considerables, fueron costeados por los beneficios recibidos acá. De verdad que siempre estaré agradecido de hive, continuaré dándola a conocer y jamás me cansaré de apoyarla, una vez que entras aquí, definitivamente no puedes salir; feliz 4 aniversario para mí y espero cumplir muchos años más productivos dentro de hive.

Continuing with the cryptoadoption process, this does not stop, because recently with the creation of the @thedistriator application and in perfect alliance with @hivesucre, the project has gone up a level; so the first #distriator workshop was held in Venezuela and it was carried out by us here in Cumaná state Sucre Venezuela. A new challenge and we face it with pride and gallantry, always with the aim of providing more benefits to members of our community; community where together with #spendhbd can enjoy all the contents embodied by our hivers.

I could not fail to say that in terms of health, I have received many blessings from hive and now it has done it again, because at this time I am not very well in health and much of the medical expenses, which were considerable, were paid for by the benefits received here. Truly I will always be grateful to hive, I will continue to make it known and I will never tire of supporting it, once you enter here, you definitely can't leave; happy 4th anniversary to me and I hope to have many more productive years within hive.
