Advantages:
- You don't need yeast, we will use the reaction between vinegar and baking soda to let the dough leaven instantly
- You don't need to wait your pizza leavening for hours
- The dough will be ready in two minutes
Ingredients for the dough (for two person):
- 3 spoons of oil
- 250 gr of flour
- 220 gr of water
- a pinch of salt
- 1 spoon of baking soda
- 1 spoon of vinegar ( apple vinegar is the best, but you can use also other types of vinegar)
Ingredients for the condiment:
- Tomato sauce
- 2 Mozzarella Cheese
- Oregano
How to prepare:
First of all, put the oven on at 220° C
Making the dough:
I use three different types of flour (50% flour type 1, 40% flour type 00 and 10% mais flour), but you can use the flour you prefer.
1. Put flour in a bowl with water, baking soda, vinegar, oil and salt and then mix them.
2. Cover a baking tray with a oven paper then pour the dough.
(The dough must be liquid enough,use a spoon to spread it).
3. Bake the dough for about 10 minutes. In the meanwhile prepare in a bowl tomato sauce with oregano and a little bit of oil and salt and cut Mozzarella cheese in very small pieces.
4. After 10 minutes churn out the dough and pour the tomato sauce on it. When all the sauce will be uniformly spread, add the pieces of Mozzarella and, if you want, extra condiments such as sausage, mushrooms...
5 Bake the dough for other 10 minutes, and the pizza will be ready to be eaten.

Aceto e bicarbonato è un'ottima soluzione per sostituire il lievito.
