Zgodnie z przewidywaniami epopeja z upierdliwym klientem miała wczoraj dalszy ciąg. O ile klient wykazał się taktem i potrafił okiełznać emocje, to za jego plecami dało się słyszeć złorzeczenie kamratów. Mimo najszczerszych chęci nie potrafiłem mu pomóc, nie dawało mi to spokoju, więc przed końcem zmiany, kiedy było mniej pilnych zadań, jeszcze raz dokładnie przeanalizowałem sprawę tego klienta, zostawiłem kilka wskazówek dla kolegi, który będzie na dzisiejszej zmianie. Mam nadzieję, że wieczorem, kiedy przyjdę do pracy, sprawa będzie rozwiązana.

[ENG] As expected, the epic with the annoying customer continued yesterday. While the customer showed tact and was able to keep his emotions under control, behind his back, you could hear the angry camaraderie. Despite my sincerest intentions, I could not help him, it did not give me peace of mind, so before the end of the shift, when there were fewer urgent tasks, I once again carefully analysed the case of this client, I left some tips for a colleague who will be on today's shift. I hope the matter will be resolved this evening when I arrive at work.

W czasie przerwy na lunch powtórzyłem trening z dnia poprzedniego. Dokładnie ta sama trasa, ten sam strój, czyli krótkie spodenki i bluza z długim rękawem. Garmin zasugerował bieg bazowy w tempie 6:50 min/km. Zaczynając bieg, byłem przekonany, że będzie to spokojny bieg w zadanym tempie. Skoro jednak pierwszy kilometr wyszedł poniżej 6 min/km, to dlaczego nie spróbować kontynuować tak dobrego początku. Jak wspomniałem dzień po dniu, ta sama trasa, zbliżony dystans, ale tempo biegu średnio szybsze o 10 sekund na każdym kilometrze. Przede mną weekendowe wyzwanie 10 km, a to jest bardzo dobry prognostyk, żeby spróbować złamać godzinę.

[ENG] During my lunch break, I repeated my training from the previous day. Exactly the same route, same outfit, i.e. short shorts and long sleeve top. The Garmin suggested a base run at a pace of 6:50 min/km. Starting the run, I was confident that it would be a leisurely run at the set pace. However, since the first kilometre came out under 6 min/km, why not try to continue such a good start. As I mentioned day after day, same route, similar distance, but running pace 10 seconds faster on average each kilometre. I have a weekend 10km challenge ahead of me, and this is a very good prediction to try and break an hour.
