a much better day today than yesterday! I hit the gym nice and early and got a head start before the crowds pour in, I had a good back workout day today, threw in a few leg exercises and did some bicep extensions, i then hit the treadmill for some cardio!
still aiming to cut some weight off myself i e gained from the past few months when i was slacking off with my fitness. i did hope for 20,000 today so im a little lacking but oh well! 17,500 is good enough for today 😂
