The top floor appears that it might have a bit a outdoor illumination!
We too, were at the local mall as the rain hasn't let up all day! It's the only dry place right now to walk, lol!

Yes, the top floor has natural lighting thanks to the design of the roof which has some clear protectors that let the sun's rays pass through but stop the rain.
