Hello everyone π»,
Happy Mondayππ and a very warm welcome to my report. It's a new week and I have been feeling upbeat. Definitely thank you for stopping by and let's just dive into my day and also the trending stories of the day. Here we go again, come on π¨.
So this morning I was out for my morning walk around the neighborhood.
However, fifteen minutes into the walk I had to get back indoors due to some annoying drizzling π§οΈπΉ.
So I was back indoors, handling the usual chores around the house.
Throughout the morning I was watching some youtube and trending stories.
In the afternoon, I was back on more YouTube and checked out Twitter too.
BTC is looking good at 91k, probably will get up to 100k by end of yearπ―.
My final walk was the usual slow paced sunset π walk. As I left for the walk it looked quite dull so I decided to carry an umbrella. Am glad I did as the rain π§οΈ caught me along the main roadπΉ.
Anyways I had more than an hour of walking and made it back safe and sound calling it a day.
So let's now proceed with the trending stories that caught my eye π.
As always, starting off in Gaza, another bloody day unfolded as 76 Palestinians were killed this Monday in Israeli airstrikes πΏ. As of today 409 days of war; 43,922 Palestinians have been killed since October 7 last yearπ.
More deaths in Beirut as Israeli airstrikes there continued with 5 people killed and several injuredπΏ.
Israel is going full throttle in targeting Hezbollah positions.
A US envoy is expected in Lebanon tomorrow to discuss ceasefire deal with Israel.
Meanwhile Hezbollah have continued firing rockets π and projectiles into Israel.
In Tel Aviv falling shrapnel from an intercepted drone caused a large blaze at a shopping mall leaving five injuredπ.
Still in Israel, Netanyahu interrupted as he spoke in the parliament/Knesset by shouting from families of captives held in Gaza.
In the other war, Kyiv has welcomed greenlight to use American long range missiles in Russia. Meanwhile Moscow has warned of consequences, adding that the decision throws oil on a fireπ.
Across the pond, Trump has confirmed he may need to use military resources to undertake mass deportation.
Upto 11 million people are to be deported and will cost tax payers a few billionsπ.
Further south, Brazil trending as leaders of various countries meet for the G20 summit. Putin will definitely not be attendingπΉ.
Finally in crazy weather, snow and ice expected in the UK as temperatures began dipping. Am hearing of snow already in parts of Scotland.
In India, air pollution in New Delhi has soared to extremely severe levels chocking residents and engulfing the city in thick smogπ.
Schools shut as learning moved online.
Fingers crossed π€ it clears asap π―.
So that's it from me really, am a little tired. See you again tomorrow on an amazing fiery Tuesday. Do stay safe, take good care and good bye β€οΈ. Hakuna Matata π― π».
