5-day streak!


Today, I worked from home again, but I had a meeting ouside, so I briefly (?) stepped outside. However, since I hopped in a taxi as soon as I got out, I ended up walking even less than yesterday—only about 3,000 steps.

I spent quite a while debating with myself whether to make today a rest day, but I finally decided to jump on my treadmill! After walking and running on the treadmill for about an hour, I managed to hit 10,000 steps. Tired. But this kind of effort helps with digestion and losing weight...yes...

Let's keep it up! 💪

오늘도 재택근무를 하다 외부 미팅이 있어서 잠시(?) 집밖을 나갔다 왔는데 나가자마자 택시를 타고 이동하는 바람에 걸음양이 어제보다 더 작은 3천보가량이었습니다.

오늘은 휴식의 날로 할까 고민을 한참하다 결국 뛰기를 결정! 1시간여를 트레드밀에서 걷고 뛰니 1만보가 채워집니다. 헉헉 힘듭니다. 하지만 이렇게 힘들어야 소화도 잘되고 살이 빠지는 것이겠죠...
