Having My First Gym Session

Hello, everyone. It’s me again your @applejane and will share stories to tell.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about having another new hobbies. And now, I like being on a gym. It’s because I can’t see myself bed rotting every single day. And even though this gym needs to pay, maybe it’s worth it. And I tried to go there with my friend and I am more serious in taking this kind of activity. I like the smell of the metallic weights and feels excited every time I visit the Gym.

Look at these weights. I tried various of exercises and it made me do every reps fun. I learned that every equipment needs to be take care of. If there’s an equipment I want to try on, I then ask the coach on how to use it so that I can’t damage the equipment by myself. And that’s how I live to be a gym rat.

Lifting weights is very hard at first. But when you do it every day, you’ll get over with it. I like how people are very kind to you and they don’t mind what you are doing. I am happy that nobody’s judging me during my exercises.

This was the equipment I want to try on. And luckily, the coach taught me how to do it properly. And when the time I went to that equipment, It feels so good. I tried it for the first time in my life and I am happy for that achievement that I unlocked.

Even though there are times that I am lazy for this kind of exercises, I still think that maybe one day, I’ll be achieving my body goal. And that’s how I motivated myself to work like this.

Then I took a photo of myself. It’s kind of weird for a first timer but I think it will be worth it someday. I hope that someday, it will be better. Full of hopes.
