It's time to talk about Rising Star, because we have fresh news that you will surely want to take a look at, we are also with projects related to pixel art inspired by this collectible game that has been with us for several years, many things can happen, let's get started!
The news
Time passes and without realizing it we are already on another date, in another month and in another year, so without realizing it we have been playing RS for more than 3 years, in all that time several things happened, several changes were made and this continues Thus, the game continues to be developed, proof of this is that now we can give tips to the radio tracks; If you didn't know, the RS page has a radio where you can listen to real musicians who play Rising Star and you can even buy some of their songs in the game! Here I leave you the post with the info so you can give the tips 😉
If you think that's the only thing, you're wrong, there is also a new partnership, this time with the friends of Hive DRIP, which comes with a special card that you can get with DRIP, a Hive token that if you didn't know existed, in this post you can read the information about the project, so you don't say that they didn't notify you.
Tests, tests and the simple becomes complex
I have different posts published regarding the pixelated versions of the RS cards; I have been practicing drawing for some time now, I started with very small things, on 32x32 pixel canvases, with which very simple things can be created, without much detail as you can see in the example that accompanies these lines.
Little by little I have increased details and also the canvas size, I went through a stage in which I used 64x64 pixel canvases, the same as at the beginning, although it still has limitations in terms of the details that can be added along with the game of the lights and shadows, I am currently making drawings on 128x128 pixel canvases, several of the most recent publications contain designs made on that canvas size. Also, in part, I'm already doing animation practices and here it starts to get complicated.
All animations are basically a set of static images joined together to give the illusion of movement. This is important because if any of these images change suddenly, the illusion is broken. Congruence with respect to lights and shadows must also be taken into account; Taking these two things into account will make most of the animations have good results.
I was doing some tests with a design that I was able to rescue and that was more developed on the ruined hard drive of my PC, which was lost along with other projects...now that I was able to recover it, I decided to make a "small" animation, also I left it quite simple and yet it consists of 25 frames, that is, 25 static images that last a few seconds, check it out:

At the moment, due to the size, I was able to save it in .gif format, although if I develop it and add more details or even put together a mini story, I may need to save it in video format. For now, for me it is the beginning of a new path, new horizons and new challenges, although of course...it will take time, send good vibes and if you like, leave in the comments what you thought of the animation and what you think could happen in that space, I will be attentive to the comments! 😊
