Making a difference.

I’ve been at my current company for about 2 years. I’ve really like the culture here for the most part. Most of the people are working towards the same goals and are willing to help where needed. There are always issues but I’m a fan of this place.

We have one executive that keeps a cooler in his truck at all times. Every single day he fills it up with ice and stocks it full of drinks. He lets everyone have one whenever they one. I’m sure people abuse it it but he is willing to eat the expense because it’s such a moral booster.

Today I snapped a pic because he just restocked. I had to show it off.

During the hot summer months some of my best connections and ideas for work have come when I meet up with a crew out there around the truck and get an ice cold drink.

I think the dude has a good thing going. When you have extra cash you throw it in the cooler to pitch in with the purchases. I hope when he retires someone else picks up the tradition.

Sometimes it’s the weird little things that make all the difference at a company.

That’s a really nice thing. I’m sure people abuse it. Human nature of people.

Im sure they do too. I’m glad he still does it though. !GIFU !PIZZA !BBH

What a creative idea for team-building. Seems like a smart business executive that also cares about the employees.

I always provided free beverages and snacks for employees. It's great for morale and keeps them happy. A little investment really goes a long way to keep the help happy!

It is indeed the little things a majority of times that make it all bearable. I am sure he has gotten way more benefit from his kindness than trouble.
