Nothing much. I am using an old one called Picasa. It is not supported anymore, they phased it out. I have programs including Lightroom and Photoshop, but, haven't had time/energy to look at them.
I need to though. I need help with making the pictures better than they are.
I would suggest starting on lightroom it can do so much
