Only one photo for this one..... Chester cat is a master at looking away or turning his back at the last minute if he decides he doesn't want to be photographed.

In this case, I had to get my wife to hold onto him so I could get a non-blurry shot.
We've finally had some spring weather. Even though it's still incredibly cold for the time of year, there is more and brighter daylight. In between the rain showers and hailstorms, that is. With the brighter weather, Chester has been getting a lot more adventurous and inquisitive.
He has been poking around odd corners of the garden, chasing bumblebees and looking for mice and frogs. We thought he was a properly bought up house cat, but it turns out he likes to play the hunter !
But I don't know where he went today, I guess around the back of a shed or something. He emerged with his face covered in green powder. I think it's pollen or moss spores or something. So bright it almost glows - it's his warpaint !
No matter how fierce he tries to be, however, he is still really a bit cute and furry, and that won't change no matter how much garden debris gets stuck in his fur 😁
