Lamb mince is wonderful also, but do keep in mind it is slightly more fatty and has a lot more cholesterol. But the meat is sooooo much sweeter!

I've been busy. On here only fleetingly most of the time. How about you?
The kiddos are growing fast I see. It's it just the eldest at school or both?
Just the one, the little one is in kinder. They have been growing up pretty fast. I'm in the same boat just focusing on work and trying to get my business up and running.
