rewarding.app allows users to set vp restrictions at say 90% and will queue posts or comments from a trail to be voted on once vp reaches greater than 90% again.
So a trail I am following votes on a post but my vp setting is 90% and my current vp is at 89% hive.vote will ignore the vote while rewarding.app will vote on the post once vp increases to greater than 90%.

We have a big userbase and checking constantly for VP of them would bring down performance. I will think more about it. Thanks.
