Interesting! I am not a goat milk fan but my husband and kids certainly enjoy it. It's the after taste I can't get over. I had no idea so much could affect the flavour. I do enjoy goat cheese though. I hope you do some posts on your natural products; I am hoping to clean up my faux natural products (aka grocery store marketing as clean and earth friendly). -Aimee

To be honest as much as I love goats and goat cheese I still battle with the actual milk. But I'm not a big cow milk fan either although I love everything else dairy ;) I'm definitely going to be doing some natural posts. Not sure which there's so much. Soap. Body butters. Cheese. Fermented foods......
I don't mind cow milk but I don't drink it often. I, like you, enjoy all things cheese! I am planning to visit a town called Fernie later this year and they have an amazing cheese store; stopping there is a must.
