Day 2177 | Morning Walk & Evening Yoga (17k+ Steps)

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Monday was a good onestarting out with an extended morning walk, followed by some productivity, 1 meak for the day, and a 90-Minute hot yoga session in the early evening. I did eat just before the yoga which I souldn't have done as it really made it though. I watched some tv in the evening to end an overall good day.


Today Goals: Tuesday will be a social family & Friends day. I aim to start off getting some things done getting home afterward and if the weather makes it possible go for a long walk with our dog. In the evening, it's the birthday party of my youngest niece and after that I will go for a drink with a friend I haven't seen in a while.
