I was in 7th grade Spanish class when the classroom TV's were turned on and televised what was happening to a room of naive, sheltered, confused children. It was the first time I remember being fearful of my "normal" surroundings and it left a pretty huge impression. Years later, I still find myself being confused and somewhat fearful of my "normal" surroundings and growing more so everyday.
Fearful people are way easier to control. I believe this is what is really meant by the term "the truth will set you free." Truth inoculates a person against fear. We fear the unknown because it can be dangerous. Therefore, seek and know the truth, and change that fear into righteous anger. Then use that anger to further good.
Interesting. I had never heard about such a testimonies. I really welcome this. I hope you can find some blissfulness easier these days. You should look at last link on the pop culture section. Take a look at this video.
