We are going to have a very busy weekend 🐝 But it's going to be worth it. πŸ‘Ά πŸ‘©β€πŸΌ ❀️

I'm in two minds about this weekend, really looking forward to having the house full but then not looking forward to all the extra work. Hubby goes into hospital on Wednesday so our oldest daughter and granddaughter are coming to stay plus my youngest daughter is bringing her new boyfriend (he's 100% better than her last one) so the house is going to be buzzing for a few days.

I've promised to make there favourite meals Mince, Dumplings and Mashed potatoes plus a pan of homemade rice pudding. My granddaughter loves it so it was a certainty as she been off her food so hoping this brings her appetite back. Me and hubby will be doing the cooking but have to split the meals, he will be making enough Beef Mince for 4 plus an extra one for my granddaughter on Sunday and I'll be concentrating on the Vegetarian option for me and my daughter Nichola. I'll save the rice pudding for Sunday.

We have so much to do over the next few days to so we will be shattered once the weekend is over. Me and hubby are picking his mum up at 8.30am to take Nichola to work then we are going into Sunderland to do some shopping, we have to go early as Sunderland have a football match tomorrow, going to the town when its ful off supporters is a nightmare as the streets are filled with fans. We then will be taking his mum to do her food shopping, dropping her off then me and hubby have to drive an hour to go pick my daughter and granddaughter up then an hour back to start making the food. We sort of get a rest on Sunday as don't have to leave the house but then we are making a roast dinner for 6. Monday is going to be a nightmare as hubby has to have his bloods taken on the morning then around 2 he has to go to work for another redundancy meeting then home to take me to my first Diabetic clinic at 5.15. I could have took myself by they put drops in my eyes making my eyes blurry for a few hours, can't drive with blurry eyes, luckly my daughters partner has said he will come and pick them back up again to take them home meaning me and hubby can collapse on Monday night. This will be practise for me as hubby will be laid up for Christmas so I'll have to make Christmas's dinner for 6 maybe 7. Maybe I should make beans on toast as its a lot simpler.

Im looking forward to spending time with my granddaughter, can you believe she 16 months already, she is just about walking and talking. Love being around her, she makes me really happy. She's the best thing to happen to me, I was always told I wasn't getting a grandchild, thankfully I have one, can't see me getting anymore.

Anyways having a Earlish night so I can wake up for 8am. Night πŸŒ™

Thank you for visiting. πŸ’ŸπŸ’Ÿ

Thank you. Hubby keeps moaning about it, I've told to to just enjoy it. He's turning into a grumpy old man πŸ˜†
