An Experiment

in #life6 months ago

Read a post today. Influential Hive member talking about long form blog posts being a thing of the past. I tend to agree. I've spent more time consuming content here than I did creating it and I can tell you the artists here have been putting tons of effort into short form posts, for several years. Perhaps it is time to start paying more attention to those higher quality short form posts, especially if that's truly what the masses prefer.

So

Let's pretend I didn't write that paragraph up there.

The Actual Post:

Hi again. It's me. That dude some of you might know. If you've been reading my previous posts you should be familiar with pareidolia and how I utilize that phenomenon to help produce my artwork.

Check this out:

nocares1.png

Just a mess of colors, somewhat easy on the eyes. Nothing special. And I hardly put any thought into creating that.

Then I noticed this:

nocares12.png

If you can't see it, just know it's a side profile of a head, facing right. Should be able to make out the nose and the chin, then the mouth and the eye.

nocares122.png

And that's his dog.

I have to wonder if it's because our attention spans as humans are decreasing for a variety of reasons or if it's just the latest "thing"?

I like the dog, reminds me of Zero from Nightmare before Christmas. Just needs a red nose. 😁

First thought that comes to mind for me, when trying to answer that would be school. 45 minutes to an hour, then switch subjects. Get home, ten minutes of a show, commercial break. Maybe it's just programmed into our brains to constantly switch. The natural flow of a conversation. Think of that as well. One doesn't just sit there and repeat themselves. Of course I don't have the answers. Just thoughts.

I think Short forms like Tweets, Tik Tok, YouTube shorts are the favored format today. Even crypto influencers try to explain crypto in shorts. It takes effort, but it is creating an art of brevity and expression.

True, and false. The real direction things are going is a platform that provides all forms. Youtube expanded to include shorts. X expanded to include long form. I don't know much about Tik Tok aside from it being an addicting clusterfuck so I stay away.

LOL!
You are right.
They are just expanding to encompass all preferences. Good observation.
That would suggest Inleo is on the right track.
I must admit YouTube SHorts is addicting to me and sometimes I spend a few hours withput realizing it. I may have to get some sort of timer when I start to save my day ! :)

Inleo might have all the offerings but I'm not sure it'll ever encompass a broad spectrum of users.

And these shortform options only work when there's far more people simply browsing the content than there is creating it. Ever see anyone encouraging the onboarding of that crowd? Nope. And if you mention it often people react as if they don't even know that crowd exists and is the only reason those platforms are so successful. They'll say, "yeah you're right!" and go onboard more content creators.

Very interesting... I see your point, and agree with it. And you have given me an idea on how to improve something I have been trying to do, to change Hive one person at a time...

A few months ago I created a community called the Cute Community, it focused on the acronym:
C. U. T. E. , which stands for Comment, Upvote, Tweet and Earn.

My idea was that people come to Hive seeking to earn by creating content. But not everyone is a content creator, and fewer still are good content creators, which I define in less subjective terms as someone making enough earnings on their content to live on.

So instead of encouraging every new person to be content creators, I encouraged new people to earn by commenting, upvoting and promoting via Tweets, the content of others. All of these are able to earn due to the way is set up. And I was brutally honest with people, that when they join they are just a small fish in the sea and noone knows they are here. So they needed to reach out and touch others, so that people would learn their name.

It quickly grew into about 80 people in a few weeks, but it stopped growing and I lost interest.

I think you have given me the last word /idea in that narrative of C.U.T.E. and perhaps the missing pice of the puzzle.

That word being Consumer. Now that I see it here I think I remember you mentioning it on an article written by @edicted or someone else some time ago. I could be mistaken, but I think so...

I will rethink this Community. I have changed it's name from Cute to Thrive in an attempt to be less Cute, but now I think I lacked vision. LOL

The first name has immediate brand recognition. Thrive has less and perhaps conjures other narratives in peoples minds. Cute is blank and perhaps compels people to read more to find out what the hell I am talking about. LOL

Thank you

Hahah, do I detect a tinge of irony or cynicism here? What do I know? I think, or I mean to say, that it would be better for the influential Hivean to mind his own business and leave the others alone.... it seems to me that the term "influencer" belongs to web 2.0 terminology... but otherwise I still quite like the graphic of the head and the dog...
!DHEDGE

The influential Hivean is a respectable dude and I didn't interpret the words as an insult. He called himself an influencer, but it was more of a joke. This was an experiment. A short post, resulting in higher than average views and engagement. Rather than complaining or pointing out this can exist on Hive as well, I just went ahead and did it while pointing out several others do as well and have done so for years. Perhaps #fast-fun is something others would be interested in trying but I'm not going to go around marketing that and being an "influencer." In general, people can do whatever they want and always could, on Hive.

Well, I didn't mean anything terrible either, of course, I agree that people can do whatever they want on Hive, but it's obvious that microblogging platforms had to come in to prove that even short content can be interesting because the interaction then comes through comments and debating.
But I still think that "influencer" is a Web 2.0 term. In a decentralized Web 3.0 we shouldn't have these influencers, prophets, and advisors telling us how to behave. Well, as for who and by whom.

Going mainly in one direction can seem counterproductive on the surface. What it did was open the door and create demand for something like microblogging, which created opportunities.

I can agree with your thoughts about influencers. I don't see a border between Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 though. Can sense things are changing or moving forward. Putting a label on it doesn't define the movement. Us vs Them stops progress in a sense and causes people to focus on differences, for a moment, as things around them continue to move forward. Not one individual can be in control of that. An example is the evolution of Twitter/X. Musk gets all the credit/takes all the blame. Yet it takes millions embracing those changes on their own for it all to be possible.

I agree that the boundaries between 2.0 and 3.0 are still blurred and unclear, but as we evolve, or move into the mainstream, it will become clearer over time.
There is indeed no CEO, there is no structure, everything is decentralized and the individual is free but takes full responsibility for his actions, which also means blame and, of course, success. Otherwise, we shall see. I think that the big corporations will not like this and that it will be a threat to them. It will go very slowly.

I was able to recognize the human face due to the chin. But it took me a while to notice the dog. You are really creative.

The chin gives it away, yes. And the character seems to be looking downward. Hard to take credit for the creativity there when what's seen is mostly just an illusion.

At least you did a great job.

At the end of the picture editing.. The capture looks like a dog. Flowers and color are one of a beautiful factors that makes life more beautiful. Colors and flowers have potential meaning in once life. Let's talk about the green color that symbolizes good health and good fortune

Green can be seen in that way, yes.

I am sure so much of investment that must have been done in this work. A big kudos

This didn't take much time or thought. The process was quick and carefree.

Genuinely loving this series of art works. I didn't see a dog but saw a baby bird with his mouth open.
As for the long-form posts. It's sad but I kind of agree. Hive seems to be metamorphosising which is a little sad in my opinion.
Best wishes and I hope life is treating you well and you still have both your ears:-)

I think I can see the bird you're talking about. Can stare at the first one and find quite a few surprises.

As always, it's good to see you. And I guess life is good enough. Still here.

Well, there are so many short posts of high quality
You spoke well. We gotta pay attention to them and not the long ones alone

A good variety. Doesn't have to be one or the other.

I enjoy reading both. Short form and long form sound good to me. It all depends on the writer. I write both short and long, depending on if I am writing a fiction or not.

I had to look see the ear. This is beautiful.

Good to be flexible and do what comes naturally, I suppose. Less stress.

Less stress. That's it.

Beautiful long content might appear quality enough but trash! I have seen short form content that appeared quality and appealing to read!

At first, I saw a flower but when you mentioned “his dog” I looked carefully and it appears so.

Art is beautiful and has so many words embedded that's isn't visible! This is so creative!

I can see the flowers as well. Every viewer often gets their own personalized experience with something like this, it seems.

Yup that's right!
So many angles...

I've been thinking a lot recently about the value of short form vs long form. Mainly because I'll come back from some crazy mountain adventure with all these awesome photos, and my brain just shuts off trying to write what I consider "enough" words to justify publishing a post.

Cool dog, bro.

When you go for the walk, the views do the talking. That time you introduced Kevin the goat to everyone was a classic and couldn't have happened without the words.

Thanks for seeing a dog.

Ah yes, Kevin. I miss that guy. Such an affable, easygoing goat. I wonder where he is right now, and I do hope he's happy.

It took me a while to recognize the human face and the dog in the image, I think because I had just woken up. I read that post too and short posts are much more common on web2. I usually publish posts of average length and I agree with you, in art and some other subjects it's not the writing that matters. After all, if you are painting a landscape, you can take a few shots of it and write a short post underneath and share it. No need to be ridiculous to lengthen the post :P

Yeah it's not an actual human face or an actual dog. Yet it kind of is. Some might not see it all no matter how hard they look. Not all brains are the same, which is why not all content is the same, I guess.

It will be a bit ironic that I'm going to write a long post today as I plan to tell about my 1.5-year Hive adventure XD

There's no sense denying people do enjoy creating long posts. I'll experiment with shorts for awhile.

And that's his dog.

That's a duck! At least from this side of the screen 😁

I won't argue. If it's a duck, it's a duck.

Dogs, ducks, dolphins or else. You can have a whole zoo here :D

The imaginary zoo has everything you can think of!

That's a really cool dogphin. Dolphdog...I don't know, it's just cool.

Cool enough. I made a picture and everyone else gets to paint it.

That's a cool way of thinking, especially since we all interpret what we see differently, art included.

I hope you're going well.

If only I could do short form. But, being Irish and once I have an audience, it is hard to shut me up. Unfortunately, that leads to me spending several days on a post researching, photo editing, formatting etc etc. I want it just right and although it is not great for my impact on the reward pool it's just the way it has to be.
A picture can tell a thousand words but a thousand words can add context that I think will live on whichever direct the blockchain takes.

A picture can tell a thousand words but a thousand words can add context that I think will live on whichever direct the blockchain takes.

Spot on!!!

Mind if I borrow this?😃

As long as you correct my spelling.;) I meant to type 'direction'

Roger that sir!

I've written several longs, because I felt like writing. I've read several long posts as well. The real message should be something like, there's a place for everything and feel free to be flexible.

Yes indeed. Each to their own.

Such a feel-good art with cool colours, I saw the face and dog shape after you mentioned them though. I enjoy long word post sometimes, most people have a lot to say and it's fascinating. As an artist and someone who has almost nothing to say, I just draw and share my thoughts.

Viewing art like this is like watching clouds. Our friends never see what we see until we point it out.

I agree with you. It is fascinating hearing from people especially in a world so connected but disconnected all at the same time. It's good to have a place for all types.

Let's pretend I didn't write that paragraph up there.

Lol then who did please?

From here it looks like a human skull and neck😂

lol we'll call that individual, The Narrator.

The face is actually more noticeable when viewed from a distance.

lol we'll call that individual, The Narrator.

Lol okay that can work😃

I have never been a fan of the enforced long form. I am a fan of the dog though 😀

It's a nice dog. Notice how the end of his nose is a monkey?

I thought it was a dolphin!

Well then it's a dolphin.

Hahaha.. The debate will sort its self out and people will do whatever they want with there assets. For now I am trying to understand they style of art and how it manage to take away all the attention from the topic everything started with.

Next time I do a short post, I will do it, and skip the intro. No need to prepare people lol.

Hahahahah… I guess it adds to the beauty of the post.

For me, long posts bore me to death, concise is more like it.
Great artistry! How were you able to do that?

I've written plenty of longs and know it can be hard to hold the audience.

To create that, I used Krita. Grabbed a color, picked a tool/brush, applied the colors nonchalantly. Then used another tool that morphs the image, creating those circular bubble-like features. Then once I noticed the face I simply sprayed black over top everything else, isolating what appears to be a face and a dog.

When the longs is riveting, I can give it a shot 😀
Wow! The drawing really caught my attention.

In the end it's your kind of rorschach test and now you are analyzing what ppl are seeing... very clever indeed xD

lol not analyzing. I saw a face and a dog. Not sure what that says about me other than maybe I stared at it too long.

So you see a face and a dog leans back and takes notes
Yeah maybe it's time for a coffee break xD

I do see a shift too… I used to write long posts. Somehow lately the shorter ones are more popular. I still write longer ones too.
Maybe it’s a wave, maybe not.

Love the colours, very subtle for sure.
Yep, see all the forms 😎
Have a great new week!

I'll try shorts for awhile. Good to just do whatever feels natural I guess.

Exactly… always better to do what feels good 🤗

When I first joined people said that 350 - 750 words is the golden area, and will help get engagement.

A lot of my posts tend to go over this, not because I feel they have to, but mainly because I get a bit lost in what I'm writing and continue to go for it, instead of cutting it short.

I've noticed with myself though, a post I'm interested in that is 1500 words, doesn't feel long when reading it. So, I think rather than moving to short form as an evolutionary neccesity, we just need to search for content produced that entertains and interests us as consumers and hope that what we write is found by interested consumers.

Yeah I can agree. A little something for everyone. Need millions of consumers for shortform to work as well, because there are far more products competing for those eyes. Without millions looking, most of that shortform goes unnoticed. Could have 1000 short posts produced in no time but if only ten are looking, it won't succeed.

Yeah, I didn't think of that. Something like Twitter and Instagram work because of the sheer amount of content produced each day that there really is a lot to keep many people hooked and scrolling.

Like 3Speak shorts is great to have, but the reason YT shorts, TikTok, and IGs Reels work is that there is so much content to keep people on the platforms for hours a day.

I've noticed in the last nearly 2 years of being here, engagement comes from asking questions or creating some thought provoking content that gets people talking as opposed to something like a piece of fiction writing.

Something else to think about, especially when it comes to video shorts.

They get a lot of views, sure. But I noticed when I consume that content I might watch a short 2 or 3 times before moving to the next one. So I see a high view count but I wonder how many actual consumers there were.

And I'd say fiction needs a lot of words. Fiction isn't a long form blog post. Fiction can be difficult to engage with though but that doesn't make it bad. Not everyone writes a book review afterwards. They take it in and enjoy it in silence.

I really like the sort of engagement that comes from posting fiction in The Ink Well, as I've received so much great feedback over ther. They encourage posters to comment on at least two stories prior to posting one of their own which is a great way to incentivise writers to engage more. The only reason I don't post much there is because I tend to write serialised stories, rather than one-offs, so I usually stick to Scholar and Scribe for the most part.

Also, yeah, I sometimes watch shorts multiple times too before moving on. YouTube recently allowed shorts to be monetized, which is kind of cool. I used to post gameclips I'd take occasionally, and some of them got some pretty good views.

Do you think you'd ever record and edit your art sessions? I'm planning on setting up a camera next time I do some sculpting and I might do a bit of commentary over the timelapse too.

I've considered recording the process. Never thought of it as something exciting to watch. Don't know much about editing video either. Not sure if it's something I want to learn.

I keep trying to write short, 300-worders, but every time I check my word count it's magically over 1,000. I'm such a blibber blabberer (coining this term).

On the whole I just think it's unhealthy that people's consumption is being reduced to tiktok levels across the board. Soon news is just gonna be like 'Boom! War, Middle East, wow! (anime sound effect) - next.

I used to enjoy being playful with the words. Can be nearing 2000 and still have more to say. Some of it confuses people, sometimes. Now AI can simply summarize it for the readers (and does a fine job of finding the point in a mess of creativity).

Bang! Fire! Now please focus on these advertisements. Boom! And it's going to rain tomorrow. More products for you now. Laser sounds! Elon! Rocket! Special time offer act now.

Haha, I had to chime in on this one. It'll be like the film Idiorocracy, where the tv screen is just plastered with multiple small windows, from shows, sports, to obnoxious advertisements all in one place.

A nice art, although I didn't thought that it's going to be a dog, I was thinking it will be a plant tissue, your creation is nice.

Plant tissue? That's a new one.

You are going to make it in your new creation?

I have no clue what I'm doing.

Okay, it's a nice creation after all, it makes me think about more things I should have name it after.

Haw... I was just gettin' into it.

:(

Yeah... I have my thoughts (of course) on why short form is the next best thing and all that.

And I've fallen prey to it as well, actually. Time. Eyes. And also concentration because of the internet and screen time (absolutely and that's the above explanation in short form)

Must learn to edit my stuff better... I try... honest I do...

Wonder if AI can do that part

brb

I'm not suggesting people change their content style. It's been several years since my last short post though, and it was kinda fun.

Well I actually was thinking less is more and actually do try to edit.

I think a 5-7 minute (max!) post is reasonable online these days. Taking the speed of life online into account. It's smart!

Also. Hello! 😀

The one spending that time enjoying the content then voting is also earning. Long form on a platform like this makes sense, since the consumer is rewarded. Short form on other platforms makes sense since there the consumer is being taken advantage of. The platform wants to keep them hooked and exposed to as many different ads as possible.

Hi!

Hi!

Hi! :D

Hmmmm... I hear you for sure. But it's mostly about time. And even the ones who consume the content and earn off it don't have much of the stuff these days.

I "skim" content online. Naturally. If it's information based, that is. I just read something that mentioned most of do this now. And have the ability to do it. I'm sure it's because of the amount of information we go through online on a daily basis.

I only "read" if something really, really grabs my attention and I'm immersed authentically. Online, I mean. If it's a book I wouldn't read the thing if it didn't do this. Life's too short for that.

I think both short form and long-form are valuable. I jsut think I tend to over-explain because of my trauma actually. I'm afraid I won't be believed.

Less so nowadays but this one goes back...

Also... I discovered "flash" fiction a few years ago and it is fucking incredible! Really. It's hard to pull off. A real skill! I'm quite keen to try it as well.

So... removing da money (because art, man) and looking at the expression becomes interesting.

I'll try and dig up the flash fiction story I found to illustrate if you're interested.

Right now I'm about to head out to Kleinmond, for life admin and bureaucracy boring-ness that must be attended to. :|

And hi! :D

The shape is extraordinary in color but has meaning

I liked the colors as well.

Yes of course
The color looks very soft and beautiful

Fine job wingin the length.

And that's his dick nose

And there it is. Or, was it a monkey?

nocares1222.png

Read a post today. Influential Hive member talking about long form blog posts being a thing of the past. I tend to agree.

In my opinion, if the majority of the community approved it then it is our new norm here on hive

It would be impossible to stop someone from writing long form blogs. There will always be a market or audience for that style.

I think the idea is to simply open the door to more forms combined with acceptance. This is a short post, and there are no complaints. That's probably a good sign. I didn't feel like I was taking a risk either, which is also a good feeling.

Oh good. Because it is getting exhausting writing long posts! I think the real key is to craft short, concise text with engaging imagery.

For some people a funny meme is all it takes. I really don't know what the magic sauce is other than already having 1 million plus hp, which automatically gets people absurd upvotes. But that is boring, because you never can tell who actually likes your content or is just brown nosing. Such is the world!

Just one of those things, I guess.

Was that short form?

Not sure. Maybe. It felt like of long. Kind of. I spent five minutes reading it. Could be dyslexic. Probably.

Took to long therefore I call it long form.

You're right. I should have done a ten part mini series.

Or a ten paragraph post in ten different parts.

Like a centipede cut into sections by some random monkey looking for a ten course meal.

Or I could just as easily just jut out ten words into a list and get you to write something based on them as a prompt in ten sections long a strict line to the dollar store.

I am very sorry to inform you that the dog is a duck.

Maybe it's a dog on quack.

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

That MUST be it!!

The second image looks like the side profile of an alien. I really had to look at the last one to see a dog!

This post has been manually curated by the VYB curation project, to get the maximum benefit, please consider using the VYB and Proofofbrain tags

The face could be an alien's face. Your eyes call the shots. And once you see the dog, it's hard to unsee the dog.

I like that less people are doing long form seriously. It helps my posts stand out and my posts are fucking awesome 🧜‍♂️

I think there's will always be an audience for any form. And yes in general if people are following trends, it's easier to stand out by doing something different. Just look at my thumbnails. Compare them to everything else. lol that was intentional.

I had noticed the dog at first but not the human in profile, I really loved the concept. 😎

Kind of nice when the art just makes itself.

I'm more into photography, smartphone photography...

20231106_133338.jpg

Photo blogging or phlogging as some call it is still quite popular. Plenty of folks here do that, and do well. Few words, plenty of pictures.

I do bad at it... Much worse few pictures lately 🙃

Did you notice in that picture, the clouds on the water. Side profile of a face looking to the right. Looking upwards. Possibly a woman with long hair.

I'm not that smart or "that poetic"...

Pareidolia fascinates me; has, since I was a kid. Particularly in nature where I spent a lot of my time. And so, we also have all these legends of the "Green Man" and such.

Dog? Are you trying to pull a fast one? That's clearly Howard the Duck!

Your point proven successfully, though. Look at the engagement level here...

Same here, since I was a kid. I first noticed it, in nature. Now I tend to hunt for it.

Howard the Duck. I see the duckbill now. Didn't at first.

And yes this experiment was not a flop. Not sure if it'll encourage others to experiment. Some interesting results.

Now reading your comments I wonder what it says about the ones that saw the duck :D

I admire your creativity and art, it caught my attention so much that I read your previous publications, it is incredible how we can see or not see shapes until we read what it is about, I congratulate you.

I've been fascinated with pareidolia my entire life. It's fun to capture and share what isn't really there.

Came by to say I've got something and hope you're well

But I'm still nothing and plan to stay this way!

I'm not well but I'm well enough to be able type it out so I guess that's something. Just floating along, day to day. Wake up, check if I'm real and go from there. Been around, mostly joking around but sometimes I'll put some actual thoughts out there. Enjoying music on Vibes here a lot and trying to support artists and good sounds. Other than that, I got nothing.

Well I'm glad to hear you're still floating around and not as a ghosty type of entity and all that.

Oh - you're real.

As real as all of us are and all that dreaming stuff, you know.

Music keeps me alive and keeping on too. Let me know if you feel like dancing anytime. I'm up for a good dance. Always. About to have one now, in fact.

I got tons! But I'm nothing, so... :) It's slow going. But slow is good on the high speed internet of things anyway so. Perhaps a swim after the dance then.

[email protected] if you want to send news and stuff.

Or have a google meet and catch up in person. Who's afraid of the dark Google?

Literally playing in my kitchen

But wait for the beat to actually drop half way through. Holy Moly 👀

I'm cheerful, thanks. Just tired! :)

Ashes to ashes, my friend. We all know this. And it's better we remember. Keeps things real.

p.s. MeToo

I'd be interested to hear your voice anytime you feel like talking.

I just thought I'd come by and leave this here

I used to really enjoy talking to people. I've never actually spoken to anyone I've met on this platform. These words have always been my "voice" and I'll keep it that way. I too enjoy a good conversation/exchange of ideas. Like your previous message from awhile back here under this post, I can agree those are hard to find.

I miss having fun, mostly. Don't really have much to say, unless I'm prompted. And I just keep my feelings locked away. Don't want to be a burden.

I think that's the same for most humans nowadays. Isn't it?

Some of us are just more honest about it, perhaps. Or aware of it, maybe.

Anyhoo... I no longer take anything much seriously as "real" unless I see and hear it myself. In person, nowadays, as well.

I'm tired. And even thinking requires energy. So streamlining big time. I can't be assed with all our human "cleverness" and subterfuge anymore. It's exhausting! And a bit boring now tbh. :)

Seems a bit childish when you think about it, doesn't it? Hiding behind made up identities. Eh...

But yes. We need to stay safe from each other. Isn't that sad?

Which explains why some of us feel so shit a lot of the time :D And it makes it easier to not get too caught up in it when we accept it, perhaps.

I'm bummed because Tristan and Adam are playing at my favourite festival today and I can't afford to go. Because #CapitalismIsExpensive !

And #IgnoranceIsExpensive as it turns out.

I had a dance here at home, as usual, anyway because that's how I roll.

p.s. Never a burden to have a real conversation with a real human. Isn't that the fucking point of all of this?

Hiding behind made up identities.

Cool prompt there. That line brought up some thoughts. Everywhere online people create an identity of sorts and that's where we see people the most nowadays, generally speaking. So nowhere near being hidden.

When you're born someone made up your "identity" for you. Boils down to just being a label that says literally nothing about you, as a human. If one is truly being themselves, living up to their "identity" would be impossible, wouldn't it? How can one actually be a name?

Some of the most well-known people today and throughout history worked behind pseudonyms. Still needed to be themselves in order to find success. Could hardly be considered childish and they certainly weren't hidden.

Of course I'm well aware some people create characters online in order to create some distance between themselves and who they're being, but in this day and age writing everyone off as a hidden phony or lesser human because they chose their own label doesn't make much sense.

Sit next to someone on the bus or train or anywhere and have a conversation. You don't even know their name. Knowing it isn't even a requirement. They're still cool and the things they said were still interesting. And all the passersby are unknowns, yet still very real.

P.S. I know I sound stoned, but I'm not. lol

And I will agree, yes, it is sad (tremendously sad) some only exist on this planet to get a thrill out of attempting to destroy others, especially when it takes about the same amount of effort to help someone who's struggling and build them back up.

:) You never sound stoned. You sound more coherent that you've ever been right now.

Good points all. As always.

Yes. I guess it depends entirely on motivation. As always. #KISS :D

Morning!

Just wanted you to know that was a pretty funny compliment.

Well that's good news. Because laughter is the best medicine and all that. And we humans can be pretty funny :)

Hey Fren 🌟 How are you doing, I've been trying to reach you on another platform, but no luck! I really need your support. I poured a ton of energy into this song, and it would mean the world to me if you could give it a little push or some love in the post. 🎶💖 Thanks a bunch! 🙏😊

Dear @nonamesleftTouse,
I hope this message finds you in good health. It's difficult for me to share this news with you. Due to unforseen circumstances, I have been evicted from my rented house leaving me in a dilemma.
Searching for a new place would cost me about $400 of which I don't have. As a single parent With two kids abandoned by their father, one a fresh graduate( graduated last December) and the other still in the University, I'm in dire need.
Your generosity and kindness, no matter how small would make a great difference in my life.

With heartfelt gratitude,
@ edith-4angelseu
