What is tainth?
Tainth is a system that brings about health, happiness, and freedom in human beings.
Where does it come from?
The word tánŧ derives from the word tantra, first from India, then from Guyana.
What does it involve?
Tainth combines breathing exercises, body work, diet, and the use of entheogens in a safe and scientific manner.
What does it do?
Tánŧ improves every aspect of life; from strength & flexibility, to confidence & self-esteem, to health & longevity, and social & emotional relationships.
Sounds too good to be true
A small number of people have always used esoteric paths to maximise their personal wellbeing and happiness.
This is one of those paths, only it's for everyone.
Is it hard?
It starts with a breath, what could be easier than that?
Is it free?
You'll probably save yourself money, fulfilled people need less.
How do I start?
- Sit on the ground with your legs apart, on the grass is better.
= Relax your shoulders and breathe with your diaphragm (the tummy muscle).
± Then, after you're comfortable, lean forward and stretch.
This exercise is called rųt ląng, or 'laying roots'.
That feels good/bad
The more you do it the better it feels, a lifetime of trauma and bad habits have to be worked out first.
