I've just completed day 2 of miracle morning. https://miraclemorning.com/ It's a short book and I'm only halfway through it. BLUF (Bottom line up front) TLDR (You know that one, right?). Get up EARLY (like 5am) and do 6 things nourishing for your soul to make you focus, energised and enthusiastic during the day!

He recommends specific things like reading, writing (this is writing for me!), exercise, meditation, visioning and affirmation. In my case affirmation is reading my Value Exchange meditation is (starting over again!) with Headspace (evidently NHS staff in the UK get this free - super cool), exercise is a combination of Yoga with Adriene followed by a 10 minute workout (gulp). I not done a visioning exercise yet but plan to think of something along the lines of the backcast in my VE. Lastly reading is when I walk my dog (you will meet Pippa the puppy later) where I get most of my books read out to me by a computer - which I have been doing for years!
