Interesting and useful post I think many people are nervous because of negative thoughts that come to him when there are new things that can not or can not be done, not necessarily what he thinks will happen and have a bad effect.

Indeed there is time we occasionally be vigilant, but not to think about the downside and for a long time. Instead what is needed is a solution of what we are going to happen, If you fill your life with negative thinking, you would be easily overcome anxiety and fear and inhibit productivity. trying to think positively and looking for a solution of a problem, there will be hope that wakes up so something you hope will be very likely to be able to achieve.

Our feelings will also be more peaceful and peaceful when can get used to always think positive and seek solutions. what you hope is not achieved, of course you sud ah try and sure (will be with prayer) will be achieved in the future.

Negative thoughts are natural to come. You should not suppress them cause if you do that it will in future blast out in some form. You need to reflect on your negative thoughts and see if there is any way you can deal with it. You will always find solutions. Thank you for sharing your wonderful thoughts @jamalgayoni
