As the chill of winter fades, the first messengers of spring appear. To celebrate this joyous time, I've penned a poem about the ever-optimistic daisy.
Daisy Days
Daisies bright with simple charm,
Sunlight captured, soft and warm.
Petals white, a golden heart,
A field of smiles, a work of art.
They dance and sway in gentle breeze,
A sight that puts the soul at ease.
Symbol of joy, of youthful days,
Daisies whisper happy praise.
Their innocence, a sweet delight,
Like stars that twinkle in the night.
A touch of whimsy, pure and free,
Daisies, a sight for all to see.
