I think any decentralized solution which doesn't rely on the government monopoly on violence is a great idea!
I heard it already exists....just not sure where or how. I'll see if I can stumble on it further & will share. It should apply to 'marriage' / unions as well in my opinion. Get the mafia Gvt out of everything !
