Rice Idli

Recipe Servings: 6
Preparation Period: 5 Minutes
Cooking Period: 40 Minutes
Total Cooking Period: 45 Minutes

Ingredients

one and half cup Rice
a cup of peel
two tspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Strain rice and lentils in water for five to six hours.
  2. Now grind the lentils and make a fine paste and grind rice lightly.
  3. The equivalent rate of sand. Stir both mixture together and put salt to it.
  4. Put a little water and dilute the paste. The solution should not be too thick.
  5. Now wrap it and leave it for a whole night in a warm place.
  6. Blend the mixture into the molds of Idli and steam and serve hot.
