Today I've got some inspiration to cook Satay dish for my lunch.
I choose Taichan Satay because it's a well-known and an extremely delicious Satay I've ever eat.
To make this delicious dish you need to prepare some ingredients and follow the steps below.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken fillets, diced it
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon raw powder black pepper
- Skewers
Complementary Ingredients:
- Hot Sauce or Chili
- The mixed salad
Ingredients for the Salad Dressing:
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sugar
- Pinch of black pepper rough powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
Step by Step to Cook it:
Mix the chicken pieces with other spices, stir it well, let stand for about 15 minutes. After that, stack the chicken pieces on the skewers until the chicken pieces run out.
Prepare the grill; you may use a charcoal grill or an electric grill and place the skewer on the grill then cook it until it well cooked.
Prepare a mixed salad and mix it with all the ingredients dressing, mix it well. Then serve the Satay with salad and chili sauce.
For these ingredients you can get up to 25 skewers of Satay. You can add more ingredients if you want more.
Thank you for reading my post and good luck on making the Satay.
