Why? This could be a recommendation, but does it need to be a requirement? If another global pandemic hits, does that mean we can't have support meetings without going through the whole rigamarole of changing the rules?
meetings are not people. Who are the people who must do this?
I don't understand what this means.
I think there are advantages to the work being done by separate people. Currently the work is split between 4 people. If it's going to be split between two, why combine them into one role with an assistant instead of two roles?
This sounds like a potential accounting headache. Is there a strong reason to do this?
after their term expires, you mean? Why?
But not for senators if they're not at the special or business meeting where a senator is elected?
Is this true for senators elected at a special or business meeting? Or are they not technically "senators"?
It can be ad hoc, but should be in our rules
