Thanks for looking, Goldrooster - @goldrooster. Yes, the one I picked up was like $27, fair premium. But, some rare Engelhards, are priced at extremely high prices. Mintages can be as low as ten. Apparently, Engelhard was minting special order Silver Bars, for private companies, banks, S&Ls, etc... so rare, that some issues, have not been seen or reported. But Englehard reported them produced, sold and delivered. And yes, there are reports of fakes, phonies, and counterfeits, that are still 0.999 Silver.
