How to Choose A Best Workout Routine For Entire Week

in #sports7 years ago

Nobody can tell what's best for you but there are some tips that can help you to choose best for you. The best choice depends on your goal that you want to achieve. There are some popular routines that you should start following as a beginner without thinking about the best routine. The routine will become best for you when you will try to execute each exercise with perfection.

The weekly routine must include rest days and it is best to hit different muscle groups each day. At least one compound exercise should be the part of your daily routine so that your muscles learn to work together. Working out on same muscle everyday and working out without rest days can damage your muscle or it can make you more skinny.

The simple routine for beginners is to start Monday with chest day. Chest day must include bench press and dumbbell press. The next day should be back day and then you can do legs or you can do legs before back. Confused right that's because it is not that simple to tell the best workout split. The only thing you need to remember is that there are 6 major muscle groups like chest, back, arm, legs, shoulders and abs and you have to hit one of them each day. You can include compound exercises on any day that can hit more than one muscle group.

thanks for sharing;-)

I just resumed the gym today after a couple of months. Did general stuff without going too hard. A schedule is definitely something I'm looking into from tomorrow.

I agree it's not easy to tell best Workout tips, because every single person is diffrent. Good tips for begginiers, but I think if you have no idea about diet and how to rest properly you shouldn't do more than 3/4 trainings a week. On my opinion for begginiers it's easier to do 3 times full body workout training a week than 6 times a week train each part of body. Human body has lots od muscles and these muscles working together. I think it's not possible to isolate each muscle. Regards :)

I always tell people that the best workout is "the one you'll actually do". In the long run of things it never matters whether you hit a full body routine, or a bro-split ( Chest day, arms day etc). In the long run, what matters most is who went the most consistently for the longest period of time. I've seen people make gains off of 2 days a week full body, and I've also seen 7 days a week workout. Do you what makes you happy, and drives you to get in! Great post!
