If I want to use @tipu to give someone an upvote, but @tipu is recovering, and I know I'll be asleep when it's done recovering, is there any command I can give to have it just give the upvote when it wakes up?

    Nope, it would require making a queue. There was a bot that had a queue at it took 4 days to make the upvote ;)
