I wrote two posts about the fact that I want to convert my cryptocurrencies to STEEM to invest in this platform where I believe a lot! Yesterday I started this process and I wrote a post in which I appropriately stated that I would have bought votes to promote my idea based on my trust in Steemit and the users who are part of it. A little while ago 3 users (done, bcc, btu) have made downvotes on my posts, an absurd thing since they are 100% posts pro Steemit.
The posts in question are these:

Bot o non bot non te lo meritavi. Qui purtroppo si fanno le regole alla "balena", ovvero come gli gira a loro....
Grazie caro, si purtroppo comandano loro, abusano della pool e poi si spacciano per sceriffi, quando sono i peggiori. Per quanto steemit deve essere libero, @ned dovrebbe provvedere a sistemare tutto questo macello che si è creato. A sto punto togli i bot, togli i flag e inserisci account appositi per oscurare i post che non vanno bene. Sarebbe la soluzione, ma non ci spero molto purtroppo, qui fanno da padroni gli abuser con i loro steem power.
Esatto sono d'accordo con te, non si può lasciare la gestione del sito in mano alle balene. E poi queste balene a chi glielo ha dato questo potere decisionale? I soldi! Vero che alcune regole ci sono ma non abbastanza, servirebbe un'organo che abbia un minimo di controllo e organizzi certi temi! Oppure si crea un gruppo di persone elette democraticamente che prendono alcune decisioni sulla piattaforma... Il problema è che nel frattempo chi ci va di mezzo sono molti comuni mortali!
Sarebbe un'idea buonissima eleggere democraticamente dei moderatori, ma dubito sia possibile in questa giungla selvaggia. Poi le balene qui sono come i politici Italiani, si sparlano dietro, si criticano e si accusano tra di loro, ma alla fine non fanno mai niente per cambiare, così alla fine quelli che ci rimettono siamo solo e sempre noi.
Ho visto questo post solo adesso (e purtroppo fuori tempo massimo per poterlo upvotare), mi spiace veramente molto. Come hai già scritto nei commenti, sì, dietro c'è la questione H. e B., son andata a verificare i "movimenti" di quegli users e direi che è piuttosto evidente :( E' una cosa veramente deprecabile, soprattutto perchè a rimetterci sono poi persone che non c'entrano nulla ed è fortemente limitante della sacrosanta libertà di parola che tanto si sbandiera, perchè (parliamoci chiaro) a rischio di vedersi downvotati fortemente le persone tendono a star fuori dalle dispute anche quando vorrebbero intervenire (giustamente!). Come a moltissimi altri (sembra una sorta di battesimo del fuoco) è capitato anche a me circa un anno fa. Considera che io son piuttosto "fumina", puoi immaginare la voglia e l'istinto di "combattere". Poi alcuni utenti più vecchi di me mi hanno dato un consiglio: aspetta. Ho preso fiato, ho represso le millemila parolacce che stavo dicendo tra me e me e ho fatto finta di niente, andando avanti per la mia strada. Quella "flag wars" finì e nel tempo ho capito che non appena ne finisce una, ne inizia un'altra. Tutto questo mentre da più parti invochiamo una diversa gestione delle evidenti disfunzionalità di questa gestione che di decentrato ha solo la parola ;)

Condivido con tutto quello che hai scritto, infatti in un post che ho pronto ma non ho ancora pubblicato parlo di "terrorismo psicologico" riferendomi a questo fatto. Steemit è come il Far West, più sei potente e armato di SP più detti legge, non c'è una vera libertà e neanche un etica corretta del suo utilizzo da parte di chi detiene molto potere... Parlando con diversi utenti in chat, molti mi hanno detto che desistono nell'investire in steemit proprio per questo, perchè non vedono un grande futuro finchè le cose saranno gestite così.
Io spero solo che possa cambiare, però è una settimana che non pubblico per via che tutto ciò mi ha demoralizzato molto e non sono ancora sicuro di voler continuare. Ma solo per via che non vorrei fosse solo tempo sprecato. I soldi, gli investimenti, se vanno perduti si possono sempre recuperare, ma il tutto il tempo che dedichiamo a steemit non tornerà più...

Purtroppo probabilmente è a causa dei bot che spesso usi per gli upvote.. so che non ci si guadagna, ma ad alcuni proprio non piace che vengano usati..
Si e no, qui c'è sotto un altro discorso, è stato il cinese farmi arrivare i downvote da dei suoi account multipli, per via che io sono uno che sostiene Bernie.

Purtroppo sono dinamiche già viste e riviste, chi ha il controllo, fatica a condividerlo con nuovi utenti.
Questo varrà per questa piattaforma tanto quanto vale nella vita di ogni giorno. La cosa positiva è che noi italiani ci abbiamo fatto abbondantemente il callo a queste dinamiche, ci succedono ogni giorno, dalle cose più stupide, come il parcheggio per disabili occupato da un suv da millemila euro, al negozio che prende fuoco perchè "non ha pagato la tassa".
Siamo un popolo che si è temprato con dei fuocherelli che questi steemers di ultima generazione non immaginano nemmeno. E soprattutto non immagino quanto possiamo incazzarci se ci uniamo tutti.
Spero davvero che le cose si rimettano a posto da sole, ma ad ogni modo, hai il mio supporto, e spero anche quello di tutta la nostra comunità.

Forse mi sbaglio ma c'è una "guerra" contro i bot che ti aiutano ad "pompare" i post ed ho notato che te ne usi un paio...ho letto alcuni post di utenti che sono abbastanza agguerriti a riguardo... comunque a mio modo di vedere non ha senso, ognuno è libero di fare ciò che crede...
Se almeno ci si guadagnasse qualcosa capirei, è solo per poter aver visibilità su un'argomento che vuoi condividere con più persone.

Its part of Steemit, The flag system is in place, so you either accept it, or move on I'm afraid, You could send them a message via wallet to ask why, but this is a free and transparent platform although it might not always be seen to be fair.
Looks like you used Berniesanders bots and got caught up in the feud between him and the haejinn supporters. Thays a shame but I think you wont get anything done about it. Move on mate, thats life, thats steem and becareful which upvote bots you use in future. Best wishes :-)
