Khususnya di Pulau Jawa, Indonesia, tahu dan tempe sudah menjadi makanan sehari-hari. Tahu dan tempe bisa disajikan secara kreatif. Kali ini saya akan membuat bacem tahu dan tempe. Yuk, kita coba resepnya!

Bahan bahan yang harus disiapkan: | Material that must be prepared:
Lima tahu ukuran 3 x 3 cm dan lima potong tempe yang dibungkus daun satuan.

500 ml air kelapa
2 sdm gula merah
1 lembar daun salam
1 gagang serai
1 cm lengkuas
3 siung bawang putih
6 siung bawang merah
1 sdm ketumbar bubuk
1 butir kemiri
1 sdm kecap manis
1 sdt garam
500 ml of coconut water
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 bay leaf
1 lemongrass handle
1 cm galangal
3 garlic cloves
6 onion cloves
1 tablespoon of cilantro powder
1 pecan
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 tsp salt
Cara Membuatnya:
Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, ketumbar dan serai yang sudah dikeprek dan diiris. Siapkan wajan. Tata tahu dan tempe dalam wajan. Masukkan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan beserta lengkuas, daun salam, gula merah, kecap manis dan garam. Lalu masukkan air kelapa dan wajan ditutup rapat.
How to make:
Blend the onion, garlic, coriander and lemongrass which have been chopped and sliced. Prepare the pan. Arrange the tofu and tempeh in a pan. Add the mashed spices with galangal, bay leaves, brown sugar, sweet soy sauce and salt. Then put the coconut water and pan closed tightly.
Nyalakan api sedang dan wajan ditutup rapat. Masak sampai air mengental. Setelah kental matikan api dan dinginkan. Lalu simpan di dalam lemari es sepanjang malam.
Turn on the medium heat and the pan is closed. Cook until the water thickens. After thickening turn off the heat and cool it. Then store it in the refrigerator all night.
