Btw we also call falcon "sokol" in the Czech language but we don´t use it to refer to young men, rather just boys or boy scouts more specifically and we call them "sokolíci" (little sokols :D)

Exactly! I just recalled that we have a boy scouts organization called "Sokil", and boys are called "sokoliki" or "sokoliata". 😉 Ukrainian and Czech languages have so much in common! When I travel and people hear my talking to family, they most often assume that it is the Czech language.
