Healthy,tasty, vegetable cutlet that shallow fry in Spoon oil. Use of vegetable that kids refused to eat directly. So best option to feed This kind of vegetable indirectly with such a easy making Stuff.

Ingredients

2 boil n mashed potatoes
1/2 cup fine chopped capsicum
1/2 cup grated Beetroot
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup grated cauliflower
1 sp green chilly paste
1 sp Ginger paste
1 sp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp Amchoor powder
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 cup fresh bread crumbs powder
2 sp Potato starch or corn flour
1/8 tsp Dry mint powder or chopped fresh mint leaves
1 tab sp chopped coriander leaves
2 to 3 sp semolina/Dava for coating

Mix all ingredients well make a dough.
Roll it 1/2" thickness.
Give your choice of shape. Coated both side in semolina/rava.

Shallow fry in spoon of oil on med flame till brown.

Serve with chilly mayo or ketchup.
