There is a lot of conjecture in the fitness world about the type of exercise that produces the best results for fat loss. The short answer is; whatever type of exercise you will consistently perform until you have reached your goals. To take this idea one step farther, the best exercise for weight loss is one that you enjoy or at the very least tolerate without undue discomfort or disgust. This makes the question a subjective one, as the answer will vary considerably from one individual to the next.
